If I ever decide to waste my time making comics again, I’ll probably sign up to this. It looks like a good sevice… thought it seems to be paypal only and I’m one of the few fortunate ones without a credit card.
Comic-Nation is not at all the same thing in any way shape or form. Comic-Nation is an update checking service, and Webcomics Nation is a webcomic hosting service.

I’m trying to figure out what exactly this service does… it looks awfully similar to www.comic-nation.com, a service that does it for free.

Exactly. But from what I can tell via third hand information, you’re getting what you paid for in both cases.
